Black Friday R185 deals

I have been a private banker with FNB for a long time now and have used the FNB connect ro get various devices over the years. The Black Friday deal to be honest was a total mess up. I tried just before the time for about 45mins and kept getting an error. I logged out, logged in, used the website, the app, restarted my phone and the error was still not fixed. I've been monitoring the social channels and it seems so many people were affected and to be honest the pathetic apology posted by FNB on the Facebook page is a disgrace. I've seen 2 or 3 people say they were successful. Some people that got all the way to delivery and got errors. I don't think FNB handled this correctly at all and makes me doubt that these deals were actually legit. This certainly wasn't a fair for FNB customers or expecting people to sit for hours on end trying to get in. Really a poor show and even poorer response from a bank I've called home for many years.
