Black Friday PS5 deal for R185

I believe that the best way to get things done or resolved at FNB is going onto Hellopeter, I have tried from 12 till 2 and I finally got in just before 2, I got the deal entered my details and it told me a banker would contact me about the deal, it didn't say anything about an error or I would have tried again as I did the previous 2 hours. So now I feel I got the deal just waiting for a banker to contact me. I tell my friend I got in and he tries and gets the deal but it doesn't tell him anything about contacting and processes further. I logged a complaint and nobody has called me regarding this, just said an investigation has been assigned and nothing more, nobody contacted me as yet still. Been on the secure chat more then a few times kept transferring me to connect and then they reply after hours of which I wasn't able to reply immediately once being in prayers and the other driving so I didn't reply within 4 min they close the call (which they messaged after 5 hours) and then the 3rd time they referred me nobody Even rep**** to me. I also got a ticket *** which I logged and still nothing heard back spoke to the normal secure chat and all they could say apologies for the inconvenience I have to be referred to connect team and then I called them and they say i must email ***.. this passing me all over doesn't help me!
