On 27 November, I received a personalized black Friday offer via the FNB app, whereby if I made 50% payment on an outstanding loan amount, the balance would be written off and the loan closed.
On 29 November 2023, after spending hours in a branch to resolve multiple issues preventing me from transferring the funds, I paid the amount required to qualify the special.
Despite multiple email follow ups, all of which go ignored, the remaining balance of the debt remains on my account and has not been written off.
I have proof of everything and I'm prepared to escalate this ******ion to the NCR if no one gets back to me with an immediate resolution.

Perhaps I should stop paying my debt completely and we can settle this in court.
