Black Friday ****

Hi, i'm disappointed with the FNB R189PM Black Friday Deal on PS5, i tried logging in before 12 midnight, the website was down, i continuously tried to login till 03:30 in the morning, it was down still, i feel like we were ****med by FNB, Many customers stayed up trying to login but couldn't. Then the deal was taken off the website when we could login again. We need an explanation
