Black Friday deals a joke

Looks like FNB black friday hype was nothing but a show. Tried logging onto the app at 12am and the app wasn’t working. Kept trying and finally got in at 1.45am. Added the PS5 to my cart and completed all the details that were needed. While completing the purchase the app crashes again and said we unable to process your order and a agent will contact you. Still kept trying to get back into the app till 3.30am when i finally got back in the pa5 wasn't showing anymore. Surprisingly when i call fnb they say you missed the deal as its sold out but a friend of mines managed to get 1 at 3.15am. Really makes you wonder if fnb selects who to give to ?
