Bit disappointed 😞

Yesterday I was so stranded my daughter had to miss her school practice because my bank app was not working I couldn't access my accounts only to found out to today my account is on hold not even an email to inform me or any communication from my bank . I have to call using the airtime that I don't have to call them . I have to know my account is on hold by borrowing money from people to get home. I feel my bank have let me down . How can I trust them
