BIS/INT 8 ON TRUE TIERING

I keep getting a BIS/INT 8 ON TRUE TIERING = 78.40 debit on my business account for months now. This is over and above the Monthly Account Fees, Service Fees and Value Added Fees. What is this for, I can't get an explanation?

Another thing I have noticed is there are absolutely no interest on credit balance. Maybe I should change banks.
