BIS/INT 1 ON TRUE TIERING

Please can FNB come out into the open with their clients in respect to the BIS/INT 1 ON TRUE TIERING charges. There have been so many complaints and not one of them has been resolved publicly by FNB. I too have now noticed these charges on my statement and am unaware what this relates to. Please advise everyone accordingly.
