biometric authentication vanishes.. so does consultant Kensane

Biometric authentication vanished off my app. Superbly inconvenient for an app to have it 1 day then next not. Been intouch with the following people Dilano Eastrace - secure chat RB Jacobs - feedback page on app store and lastly Kensane Novela who asked for screenshots to assist... the Kensane ALSO VANISHED!!! *** banking with FNB for 26 years.. makes you rethink where you want to take your banking! so STILL UNRESOLVED... having to AGAIN log a compliant..! FANTASTIC!
