Biometric and Facial recognition laws

Biometric and facial recognition technologies are utilised on mobile devices for authentication purposes. I want to enquire about the timeline regarding when banks were permitted to implement biometric and facial recognition on mobile phones. Who granted them the permission to do so? We have human rights legislation as well as social digital laws in place. I have not consented to this practice. It is not possible to use mobile phones for authentication without engaging in biometric or facial recognition. Should this situation persist, I will be compelled to request that my employer disburse my salary in cash, and I will close all my bank accounts.
