Billy Ntsele FNB Housing

Hi all. I have been trying to get a hold of Billy Ntsele from the Housing department,since yesterday. I called once yesterday left a message with the lady that answered on ***. No call back. Today I called THREE TIMES on the same number, spoke to 3 different ladies,left my contact details with all three of them for Billy Ntsele,still he hasn't called me back. The last call was made at 4:20 PM and I was told he had already knocked off AND his manager too.. and yet the voice prompt says they close at 4:45 PM. My lawyer needs the proceed from Billy Ntsele before she can proceed. Our hands are tied as we wait for king Billy to call back. Worst service from FNB EVER. ALL BECAUSE OF BILLY.
