Billing issues

Good day,

I have had it to the pits with you people, I escalated the monthly fee last month and yet again this month R110 was deducted from my account. There was then a further R120 card replacement fee that is reflecting.

I want my money back. It's like you are trying purposely to annoy me and if that's the case it's working.
