BILLING DATE WRONG!
FNB has debited my account on an unauthorized date and as a result I am left with no funds in my account, I have just spoken to an agent by the name of Nompumelelo Mthembu who has told me it is impossible for me to reverse the money back into my account stating that I have made arrangements for my account to be paid on the 23rd of every month, where else the arrange was that I will be debited on the 25th of every month.
Can I kindly have a call and my refund as I have no money to go back home and this is ridiculous

Thank you for the response, this not the first time this is happening and again I will stress this matter I HAVE NO MONEY TO GO BACK HOME and am not paid my salary as yet and the loan repayment only goes off once I am paid
Can this please be resolved before 14h00 as I will be living the office for my home.

I have spoken to an Agent who logged this complain his name is Moshe if I am not mistaken he had advised this can be resolved today and I have also spoken to an Agent by the name of Bonisile Similane who was not helpful at all as she was telling me something different.
All I am asking for is my money to be reversed as this has been before already and I have received it immediately while I was speaking to the agent on the other end. I am not saying that I will not pay but what I am saying it will be paid on the 25th as per the monthly agreement with the bank.
