BILLED FOR NO SERVICE
I recently app**** for a gold checque account which was approved but the card was not received when I queried the outcome they had cancelled my card. I then app**** for a credit card which was also approved and I got charged 200 of fees and still haven't received the card and fnb is no were to be contacted or heard of. no one seems to know how to help me. I don't understand how can they bill me for the card yet I haven't used it and its almost a month now.
