Billed excess fees for what?

I am starting to see why FNB is the so-called bank with the most problems and the hidden costs. They have just surprised me with unnecessary fees. Today, I noticed that an \#EXCESS ITEM FEE 5 ITEMS ON 16/02/\" of R725 was taken from my account for five transactions (transactions processed at toll roads, and which could have easily been declined?). How is this even possible?

According to my knowledge you as a bank reserve these payments for suppliers. I know that retails has up to 60 days to withdraw its cash. But for five transactions done on 10/11 February for a total amount of R54, and only billed a week later, I am now responsible for an amount of R725 in excess fees??? It makes no sense whatsoever.

Please refund this money, as this is not my problem... FNB banking system for new small business are becoming more expensive by the day.

"
