BIG OVERDRAFT MESS - URGENT HELP NEEDED!

I accidentally reduced my Overdraft (I thought I will be taken to the sales department to apply for a lower overdraft or make an arrangement)<br> IT ENDED UP BEING A DIRECT DEDUCTION FROM MY ACCOUNT -which is now is minus 9K from 4,5K in credit to pay my rent and accounts.<br> I DID NOT KNOW THIS WILL BE THE CASE...<br> IT WAS NOT STATED CLEARLY.<br> <br> I didn't know this,so my RENT AND OTHER MONEY (ONLY MONEY I HAD!) got deducted in order to lower my overdraft - THIS IS A BIG PROBLEM FOR ME,AS I WILL BE OUT ON THE STREET IF I CAN'T FIND A WAY TO REVERSE WHAT I DID BY ACCIDENT!!<br> <br> I have spoken to department upon department and was told that only a manager in the Overdrafts department might be able to help me out.<br> <br> PLEASE HELP! I'm at a point of begging for a miracle here!
