Big hassle to get to close account

Early Jan I went to festival mall to query about removing members as signatories and I was told they members holding signatories should draft resignation letter to withdraw then I can able be alone on the account,then on the 22 Jan went back again with two resignation letters, i was helped by dipuo,to my surprise I was told it's not possible to withdraw then two members! And I was really ****ed, why salesperson giving different info! Worse part of it to get served on these branch it takes forever(it looks like a state fnb not private fnb). Nevertheless I ask dipuo what's next and she said there's only way it's to close then account but there's no manager who can help.<br> then I left my Particulars With her so that she can ask them manager,and she inform via email that I can come and close then account! Then I went again to the branch waited 1.5 hours, to my surprise again NO! we can't close the account we need manager to authorise and I was really gatvol with these! Why are the closing at 17H30 and these dam manager is not available to help,they should close these branch as soon as these stupid manager knockoff cause u won't get help,the account it's aquaring charges
