big hassle for credit card

<p>ok so on the 20th of august I app**** for an credit card,i was told fnb was the best so I app**** with fnb.my account was created was very happy but then when i sent my documents in there were your problem is sent it multiple times. called fnb and they said they didnt receive it. so i uploaded everything again. no feedback from fnb. so iwent in to the bank gave them the documents waited 3 days and they said its on the saystem but not processed yet that was tuesday its now friday and stil nothing</p>
