Big *****! Don't put your money into FNB investment account

Recently, I have put some money into FNB Money Maximiser account which is should allowed me to transfer money out any time. the funny thing is, I can transfer money into this account anytime but can't take out anytime, it is keep saying my account is inactive and showing error code 217. The most disaster thing is I called FNB online service, no one is responsible to helping me to solve the problem! they just keep transfer my phone to another person. How ridiculous is this! Horrible service and awful quality bank!
