Big fat ****s fnb

Fnb agreed upon no fees will be charged on reversal application as fault was on their side. Fnb was not even successful in reversing the money due to their fault. I was paid directly. On secure chat they apologized and advised me to fill the reversal form where no reversal fee will be charged. After 3 weeks can you believe it fnb deducted money from my account. I can say that fnb is mastering daylight *******. I requested them to go through all emails and chats in order for the reversal of charges...unbelievable
