Big company operator like this ?

Last year I have opened the business account with Rustenburg CBD FNB and from that day I have never received any statements.Now I am handed to the lawyer because of the account is in the arrears .I went to the branch to pay so I can close the account when I got they can’t tell me how much I owe and I must go and look for the law firm that call me they will give me the reference. They couldn’t even assist me with the law firm numbers and now I must wait again for the call from the lawyer.I told the lady that when the when I receive the call they said I must go to the branch.So I must be blacklisted and pay additional charges because I must wait for the call from the lawyer but I was never notified before.
