Big amounts deducted for a loan that is not mine!

Hi there<br> <br> For the past 2 years i have had a loan appear on my FNB account that i never took out.<br> We have visited our local branch to have this sorted out multiple times and each time they assisted me with contacting your loan department and eventually handed over as a ***** case. I have already submitted at least 2 Affidavit reports about this matter, in which got no response.<br> <br> From earlier this year, they began to deduct R250 from my account per month, until i stopped using my FNB Account due to this matter. Today my mother, Glynis Smith had R9538.46 deducted from her smart account for this same loan. She visited our local branch again this morning and had them investigate in which they discovered that it has now been transferred to her account due to no activity in my own.<br> <br> Please could you assist us with this, as we have had no response from First National Bank or your ***** department. It is very frustrating!<br> <br> We would like our money back as this is my mom's savings and my hard earned cash.<br> <br> Thanking you,<br> M.S<br>
