Bieng told to go to an internet cafe to submit highly personal information
I am attempting to submit my claim with all supporting documents, but despite emailing it multiple times (five attempts), I continue to receive the following error message: The file size must not exceed 10 MB. The file must not be password protected. The file must be in one of the following formats: PDF Microsoft Word JPEG image PNG image Please note that my files meet these requirements: Total size: 638 KB Format: PDF No password protection Despite this, the system rejects my submission. When I contact the claims call center, I am advised to visit a branch or an internet café. In today’s digital age, this is highly inconvenient and raises concerns about the security of personal documents. It is unreasonable to expect clients to take time off work and use public facilities for such sensitive matters. I urge FNB Life to review this process and consider implementing more efficient and secure digital solutions, similar to those offered by other insurers such as Santam. This experience is frustrating and does not align with modern service standards. Can FNB life claims urgently call me t resolve this without asking me to go to branches or internet cafes imagine
