The query is still unresolved. Still the same story as last time. Still taking the bank weeks to send me the settlement letters of the closed loan and paid off loans.

I bet you are also still going to tell the same old story too.

So I’ll type this out again until you have now sorted this account.

I have sent the same screenshot to your offices and no one bothers to respond back.

The loan account was paid up and showed R0.00

You then went and debited for GOD alone knows why you would debit a loan account with a balance of R0.00????????? Only to tell me I must pay in more money??? Hê I have been waiting for my settlement paid up letter since I made my final payment in 1 February.

No one bothers to check the statement or send a statement but just keeps demanding more ****ing money?! Which you won't get. As we are done.

Yet when I also ask the person to respond on my query it's dead quiet. Unresolved and so months carry on and you demand more ****ing money.

Please explain to me if a loan account has a R0.00 paid up balance. Why the **** would you go Debit R100 a few days later????????????
