Beyond Useless

I have called in 4 times, yes 4!! ON the number provided in the email, who authenticate me and then tell me I am at the wrong department and transfer me, I have been transferred everywhere including wills and estates!!! I then get told to call *** and been on hold for 10 min listening to music and being told how valuable my business is and that your call volumes are too high. This is exactly why I am slowly moving EVERTHING away from FNB, because nothing is simple anymore, you just get charged more and more monthly and service becomes less and less. Dial *** press this, press that - Get authenticated - Oh sorry wrong department, let me transfer you AGAIN !@!!!!
