Beyond the word 'excellent'- George Mashigo deserves so much more...

<p>I have been with FNB for a very very long time and was always given excellent service. But a few days ago, at FNB Sandton, I was given a service unexplainable, out of this world. I entered the bank feeling a bit stressed and depressed due to my financial circumstances at that time. That feeling disappeared the minute I engaged with the consultant. This consultant made me realise that which I was stressing about was just a drop in the ocean. I felt that I had no other way out of my situation but this consultant made me realize how small my problem was. To conclude, as I still don't have much words after that experience, I would just like to say thank you Mr. Mashigo, Ek is dankbaar. I walked out of FNB that day with pride in my bank, I am spreading the word to family and friends and am convincing them to switch to FNB . Keep up the good work, you belong further than where u are with that attitude. What a fantastic guy...FNB should be very proud to have such a great asset. </p> <p>Zanonisa (Zan) Mbele</p>
