Beyond the call of duty

I went to East Rand Mall branch and I was not sure if what i needed could be done aside needed a statement of an account that was closed for just over a year in order to trace a purchase that I made from that account. I was assisted by a lady named Priscilla. The service she gave me was far beyond professional, she was sensitive and empathic to my request, she listened without rushing off and though this may have been yet another day at work, she was the epitome of what customer service is and what it should be. I could never thank her enough. She's the reason we chose and stay with FNB. The staff have the human touch element and I am grateful to be part of your clientele.
