Beyond spiteful and ****** attitude and FNB DOES NOT CARE!!!

The FNB at the Victorian centre in Heidelberg is the worst bank ever. They are completely ****** and they all have a do not care F-you attitude! I wanted to deposit but as always one is forced to deposit outside by the atm but this time the atm did not work so I went inside and tried to deposit there but they simply and with an attitude denied that me doing my business inside even though the atm outside wasnt working; the teller inside said with an attitude if I do my business inside that I will ve charged R80 and then she completely ignored me!!! Then the atm outside magically said its starting up but was taking too long so i had to go home quick because my groceries was defrosting and when I came back there was 13 people in the line!!! Like its my F-ing fault the atm wasnt working!!! And how is it with fnb that a person isnt allowed to choose how they do business and if you try to do it the normal way inside becuase the atm isnt working then they want to ***** your money!!!! Beyond f-tup service and was completely ******! People should be F-ing able to do their business inside when the F-ing atms arent working!!! OMG!!!! And FNB can do what they want because they know they will get away with it!!
