Beyond Pathetic Service

Such a pity that I have to star this weak service, or rather no service. They are quick to call you if you miss a payment and send reminders that your account is in arrears but when I try and call them to sort the COVID-19 relief loan which I have been approved for must I say. They keep you hanging on the line as if airtime falls from the sky. I have been told by the banker on secure chat that my loan and credit card payments will be covered with the relief loan and yet they keep on charging me fees for none payment when i have screenshots stating that they will deduct it from the relief loan. I have never seen such pathetic excuse for a bank in my life. I will not leave it there. This is the example of pathetic service sick and tired of the bull**** they spew. They really dont provide any service and they want their banking fees monthly for what....
