Beyond Pathetic

Basically the same as few months ago had a offer to upgrade my account and reduce costs overall nice win right. same as previously just fails with no reason what so ever only get a message someone will phone in 48h that never happens in any form... this is beyond pathetic don't offer upgrade if you not going to go through with it especially if your app is making empty promises for you but then again it only reflects your actual support
