Terrible service

This is probably one of the worst banks this country has, for the fact that it just takes and takes and takes you can never finish paying off a loan. No they are like the government that push you more into the red and keeps on taking and taking.

I don’t know how many time I have to cancel any debit orders as there is no money paid into the damn aspire account, but they will come and just keep on taking money.

Then when you reply and send an email you get a response for an unattended mail box?

How can we make progress on a damn account if you still decide to keep on taking money.

R1000 was paid and it clearly shows funds were taken as well as bank charges but then again you look at the loan R496 the next day R798 like in all honesty how the **** must one settle the damn account if your taking the last bit of dunces left.

If the budget allows R1000 and it’s paid into the aspire account and you log in and it clearly shows your running balance R208 is whatsa left, is this my problem to pay you more? No, because you keep taking the R230 anyway so I’m ****ed over.

Please fix your mess for Lord sake!
