Beyond Helpful

I recently had my phone ****** and had to cancel my cards. I then had a problem linking the new cards to a payment platform. It was a complex episode. The staff at FNB Plettenberg Bay, particularly Ingrid, were amazing. They were patient and went beyond helpful in sorting things out.
