Beyond Fed Up

Super bad service.....Really FNB Private clients....you give the term ghosting a brand new meaning....I've reported more than two months ago about debit orders iregularly going of my account and was promised high and low to assist to no Vail and valid debits that are supposed to go off are send back and charged R120 each time.Ive been aviced to use the Covid 19 app( Jeepers never new it was for iregular debit orders but actually for a payment relieve and shows how little my private banker knew about their so could APP which gets through into one's face the whole time) and I'm not looking for relieve and was then told to use (all only by email as no one can take your call and if they do ....they will get back to you and guess what....the ghosting trick kicks in) debit order dispute to no Vail......really supper poor service.I really wonder how that famous add they used on the radio to make other banks bad.... How they are now that same poor service bank.
