Beyond Fed UP!!!!

Once again FNB i have no words. I have never missed a payment on my FNB LOAN! and i did make arrangements when i was not working for about three months and paid half the installment. Yet you continue to tell me that my account is in arrears. I have gone back to paying the normal amount of R3019 but everymonth this goes off and you still debit me further. Today without my consent you debit me another 1100 !! And every month i dont see the amount owing reducing. You are ripping your customers off!! This is absolutely pathethic! I have been paying this loan for so long now and nothing has come down and every month i have endless issues. What is the settlement figure on this loan so that it can be paid off and i never have to deal with FNB again. FNb wont even help their customers with this!!! I am beyong fed up. Every month its some issue or the other!!
