Beyond delayed claim

I have received very poor service from a company that says that they are the best business in their industry. I have processed a claim since Monday the and today it’s Thursday still nothing, my claim is permanently under review. Can someone competent from your organization call me because even your escalations desk is hopeless. Rather cancel this policy and refund me all my premiums since 2018 immediately because this is pathetic.Your process is frustrating.
