I went to deposit money and found that only a trainee who struggled to calculate money was working alone when we ask for assistance they tell us that only one teller is appointed on a daily basis. FnB improve your service please. Rustenburg biblio plaza

Even today I have never been informed of the results of this inveatigation. This is really poor service I mean the Complaints Department is unable to provide feedback of what has been done or has been done to remedy the situation.
