Beyond annoyed

Been on the bank with FNB whole morning, getting put through from pillar to post and not a single consultant can help me....I'm still waiting for a response and all I get are rude consultants....Definitely time to shop for a bank that still thinks customer service is important and one that actually wants to help its clients
