BEYOND A CALL OF DUTY SERVICE

its not often that i send compliment at FNB, due to past experience which I have with this bank. On the 7 September 2015 I went to submit a claim for funeral policy, hence my father passed away. I was so stressed and also in pain due to the passing of my father. I complained about how bad FNB has been unfair to me<br> - i could not qualify for loan due unpaid debit order, hence i was on strike for 2 month<br> - i asked FNB to cancel my debit order and they did not.<br> Pearl Ngobeni listened, assured me that since am in pain she will make sure that she submit the claim document promptly and I should have the money within 48 hrs . All documents were certified except the notice of death form which i forgot to certify. she went beyond the call of duty to make sure that the form was certified. It is people like pearl who have given me a reason to continue to bank with you(FNB) she even mention that FNB is always there to help even if situation does not allow.
