Beware Your FNB Credit Card Isnt safe to use!!!!

I would like to place a formal complaint against FNB card division. This is make others aware that their FNB credit card isn't safe to use. A ********** transaction of R20678.40 went off my account on the 14th December 2015. As I was not notified on this transaction via any of FNB electronic notifications, I only saw this transaction on the 16th December when I received my statement. I called the FNB ***** department on the same day and notified them of the incident. The call reference I received was Ry***. I was informed that the transaction was authorised on a card that I previously reported ********** transactions and was closed on the 24 November 2015.

I have even reported this matter to FNB customer complaints and I received the reference SD*** however I still feel that nothing is done to escalate my matter.

In view of the above, I think that FNB's security system is pathetic to allow a transaction to go off, 10 days later on a card that was closed and destroyed. I am now left out of pocket as their ***** department is unable to escalate this matter and I was informed that it would take 7 working days to resolve.

Utterly disgusted.
