BEWARE using FNB to renew your car license

Be careful using FNB Nav to renew your vehicle license. My mother and I both renewed our vehicle licenses via the portal in October 2021. Our accounts are not linked, we are individual clients, NOTHING links us. I received a call from the courier to arrange delivery of my new disk & received it. My mom started following up with FNB on the portal twice before she received a response CARE COMPLAINT:***Q , they insisted her disc was delivered, she requested proof & they sent her the waybill with my details as the proof. We emailed back & asked for a manager to contact us, that was 29 January 2021, no response. Emailed again 14 March 2021, still no response.
