Beware of FNB Employee ****MER

Mr Kutama from Nzhelele Valley branch ****med me by opening insurance for me without me being aware while he was supposed to open a business account only. I was surprised by receiving a demand letter, when I check the statement there was R99 debit that I did not know about. When I went to the branch to enquire, he denied it. When I requested to speak to the branch manager, he said the manager is not available which is impossible. If the branch Manager is not available, there must be an assistant Manager. I have called FNB business department and they confirm that R99 is for insurance. This behavior is unacceptable. I am trying to build something for myself and Fnb employee is taking advantage of the vulnerable people. I was not expecting to be ****med inside the branch. At the moment I'm struggling to cancel this *****ulent insurance that I don't know anything about. I need assistance to cancel this insurance and reverse the amount, including the insufficient fee that has been charged.
