Beware of FNB ***** Department.

On Monday the 6th April I had a call from Sandile at FNB ***** on number *** at10:27 which turned out to be a very weird call. I was very concerned about this call so on Wednesday the 8th April I phoned FNB ***** on *** to verify this call from Sandile. I spoke to Shunai Johnson at 14:28 who confirmed that there is a Sandile working at FNB ***** BUT there was no record of him phoning me 6th April. ??????? Reporting this to the Banking Ombudsman is frivolous because they are not independent. They are owned by the Banks. So this is the only avenue of warning the public.
