Beware of FNB Connect
I've been banking with FNB for a couple of years. Recently decided to move my cell phone contract to them as well given the reasonable reviews. What a mistake. They granted me a R150k limit on my credit card but I am not allowed to spend more than R350 on my cell phone. Numerous requests to FNB, hours spend on the phone, and nobody seems to be able to assist with this.
