Beware of FNB connect

I have an FNB connect sim postpaid account which I requested to move to a prepaid account as from 01 July. I called them numerous occasions explaining I will be closing my bank account with FNB. I send a email informing them and asked if I could move the sim over to my wifes account as I will no longer be banking with FNB and need to keep the phone number. They told me this is not possible either. I have been calling and calling speaking to call centre agents that inform me I cannot pay my account since my cheque account has been closed. This is absolutely ridicilous, how can you tell me I cant pay my account? In the meantime they are just pushing up charges on my sim and then a call centre agent has the chick to tell me payment was not made due to insuffienct funds available, seriously, I closed the cheque account to move over to ABSA due to bad service at FNB.

It seems it is impossible to pay this account now or to get it moved over to prepaid. I would urge everyone not to take up the FNB connect offers due to it being a nightmare to close down if you decide to move to a different bank.

I ask FNB to pull all the calls I have made on my profile, check the email I send and go listen to all the calls before pointing fingers at me and making false statements.

I need this sorted out asap before you try and blacklist me due to you not being able to provide me with a account number where I can pay the money into and to make this number into a prepaid so I can port it out.
