Beware FNB - you might end up with a loan that you dont know of!
Regarding my previous review about "One of my accounts is not in good standing order", but which one? More than a week later (and almost a month since I started to get the issue resolved) the issue has still not been resolved. 2 People from FNB contacted me, both stating that is was a revolving loan. I've NEVER HAD A REVOLVING LOAN IN MY LIFE!! So one of them promised to find out the account nr and get some documentation about the alleged loan. 6 Days later, and still no word from her. And I'm losing e-bucks because FNB is unable to assist me.
