Beware FNB poor service … premier and private clients!

Our spousal account at fnb was migrated about two weeks back from Premier to Private … we were assured of the best service with access to a banker 24/7 … Absolute lies!! We are stuck with accounts that have frozen our cash … can’t get thru to speak to anyone … The chat service on the fnb app has yielded no results!! It’s been a year off on off poor service levels … Why?!?
