Beware FNB eWallet - money gone but not for your pocket!

Be very careful when you receive an eWallet sms from FNB to collect money sent to you. Got to the ATM, tried the code, message said "try another ATM or go to the nearest branch". Did that where the unwelcoming committee at the door refused me entry, saying I had no airtime...as if...when I refused to leave I was told to use the phone to phone the eWallet consultant. Got a ref number and then nothing - this was 4 days ago. Meanwhile the case is passed around while FNB decides whether or not they know what to do...really unhelpful and inefficient. If there is someone who works for FNB that knows what to do - please help!
