Beware all FNB clients

Beware all FNB clients. In FNB's error they had logged a credit refund into my account (unknowing to me) and allowed my account to go in excess. Their app and secure chat gives incorrect information, I trusted the bankers and they subsequently confirm invalid information. Managers also lie, and give inconsistent information to cover up their errors. FNB is not who they claim to be.
