Beverly Nukeri terminated my bank for no reason by this action she doesn't deserve to work at FNB.

This bank it doesn't deserve even a star. There's a person called Beverley Nukeri works at FNB ***** Management he or she terminated my bank accounts after a long period of putting my bank accounts on hold since last year on November 22 or 25 the date 2022 I can't remember. What pains me a lot is this person terminated my bank for no reason and without to hear my side of story when I call his or her number doesn't pick my calls when I send emails to him or her doesn't respond to my emails I logged a complaint but I didn't get any help instead after that, that's when she rep**** me and ordered me to withdraw all my change which was left from my bank accounts after a long period of putting my bank accounts on hold and I had almost 6 bank accounts including my Business bank accounts each month I was paying almost 2000.00 ZAR monthly bank charges. This person didn't care about it in a result to I lost about close to 10k ZAR just paying a monthly bank fee for nothing. I want my money back or else they give me back my personal & my business bank accounts back. This person Beverly Nukeri doesn't deserve to work at FNB. He or she treated me like has issues with me of which I don't even know this person, but his actions show that is fighting with me for reason. How can someone terminate your bank account without talking to you and find a solution to resolve the matter if they were a misunderstanding......didn't even tell me the reason of terminating my bank accounts and whatever reason to her or him it's falsely reason.
