I am happy to share that I have been assisted proficiently and most effectively by branch consultant Bevan Du Preez at the Davenport, Durban branch. She is always willing to go the extra mile even if query is not in her department, she does her best to find out the relevant department. I have not waited for an extended period of time for my queries to be resolved.
